## How to create an invoice
1. Add your details: Enter your business name, phone and optional logo once. ForiBill remembers them on your device for every future invoice.
2. Add customer and items: Type the customer, then each item with its quantity and rate, or just an amount for services. Add a discount or tax if needed.
3. Send or print: Download the PDF, print on A4 or an 80mm receipt printer, save a JPG, or share on WhatsApp.

No. Open ForiBill and start your first invoice immediately. Your business details and saved invoices stay in your own browser.

### Can I create an invoice without internet?
Yes, after you have opened ForiBill once online. The app caches itself, so you can create, print, save a PDF or JPG and export invoices offline. Sending on WhatsApp needs a connection.

### How do I send an invoice on WhatsApp?
Tap the WhatsApp button and choose A4 invoice (PDF) or Receipt (JPG). On a phone, the share sheet opens so you can pick the chat. On a computer, the file downloads and WhatsApp opens so you can attach it.

### Can I print on a thermal receipt printer?
Yes. Use "Print receipt" for an 80mm thermal layout, or "Print A4" for a full page invoice. Both print through your browser.

### How do I make a service invoice with only an amount?
Tick "Hide qty/rate" on the item. That item then shows only its description and amount. You can combine amount-only items and quantity-and-rate items in the same invoice.

### Does ForiBill support GST or sales tax?
Yes, as an option. Set one tax percentage for all items or override it per item, and choose whether tax is added on top or already included in the price. ForiBill does not submit invoices to tax authorities; for FBR e-invoicing workflows see Waaibot POS.

### Which currencies can I use?
Pick a currency symbol such as Rs., $, €, £, AED, SAR or ₹, or type your own. ForiBill shows the symbol on the invoice and does not convert between currencies.

### Where is my data stored?
Your invoices and business details are stored in your own browser, not on ForiBill servers. Clearing browser data removes them, so use the backup and Excel export from time to time.

### Can I export my invoices to Excel?
Yes. Open History and choose Export to Excel. You get one row for every item on every saved invoice, including business, customer, quantity, rate, tax and totals.

### What is the difference between ForiBill and Waaibot POS?
ForiBill is for fast invoicing with nothing to set up. Waaibot POS is a complete point of sale with inventory, customers, sales reports, multiple users and FBR invoicing. ForiBill is designed so moving up to Waaibot POS stays simple.
